Advanced network routing features include support for virtual LANS (VLANS), traffic prioritization (QoS), bandwidth aggregation, dynamic routing (RIPV1, V2, OSPF V2/V3, Multicast Routing, VRRP, ECMP Routing) and full IPv6.

With a board-to-board connector, it can easily be integrated as a module-based network building block in any military-grade communications platform. With conformal coating, and designeed to withstand working temperatures of -45°C to +85°C, it complies with MIL-STD-810 and MIL-STD-461 when incorporated in a suitable enclosure. The MILTECH 9124 uses a power input of 3.3VDC with a maximum power consumption of 25 watts and measures only 2.55” (65mm) x 3.58” (91mm) to deliver significant SWAP-C advantage.

The MILTECH 9124 has an available Rapid Evaluation Board which allows developers to become familiar with the switching functionality of the product and quickly evaluate the product while accelerating the product design of the final system. This reduces time-to-market, reduces development costs and lowers design risks. The MILTECH 9124 EVB Carrier Board is equiped with RJ45 connectors to serve as a reference design for development of customer target hardware in which the the MILTECH 9124 is deployed.
